What we collect: callsign, email, region/city, listing details, server logs.

• Why: run the marketplace, prevent fraud, contact between users.
• Storage/Security: HTTPS, least-priv DB access, uploads sandbox, rate-limit; (optional) encryption at rest for email/callsign.
• Disclosures: email to counterparties; service providers (hosting/email/CDN) which may be overseas with comparable safeguards.
• Retention: listings kept while active; logs 30–90 days; archive listings 12–24 months then delete.
• Your rights: access/correction within 20 working days.
